This coffee represents a collective effort from diverse producers in Huila, Colombia.

It showcases Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra varietals that have undergone a meticulous selection process in smaller lots at individual farms. After washing and drying, these smaller lots are cupped for quality control. If the smaller lots meet quality standards, they are combined into the final lot of coffee. This process takes place to uphold stringent quality standards.
