Niguse Nara is the lead farmer in Murago Kebele, known for producing coffees that are consistently sweet, clean, and complex. His coffee was the very first we roasted at Paix—a testament to its approachability and enduring quality.

Harvested at peak ripeness, this lot undergoes a 56-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed barrels before being depulped and slowly dried on raised beds for 25–30 days. Despite the anaerobic process, the cup remains impressively clean.

Expect juicy strawberry sweetness with bright, balanced acidity. As the coffee cools, delicate florals emerge, reminiscent of grenadine layered over red fruit. It’s a fun, vibrant, and easygoing coffee—perfect for everyday enjoyment.
