Wilton Benitez - Decaf Colombia

As we were looking for a decaf coffee, we wanted to be sure it was just as good as its caffeinated counterparts. This coffee thoroughly exceeded our expectations by being, quite literally, the best decaf we have had the pleasure of trying.

Wilton Benitez is the mastermind behind this coffee. His farm, Granja Paraiso, in Cauca, Colombia, has gained significant notoriety within specialty coffee over the past couple of years, so it doesn’t come as a surprise that this coffee is delicious.

This coffee is bursting with flavor, boasting fruity-floral aromatics and a deeply sweet flavor that is reminiscent of elderflower liqueur and lemonade.
