Blue Strudel - Natural Ethiopian

Blue Strudel is a natural Ethiopian coffee from Alo Coffee, led by 2021 Cup of Excellence winner Tamiru Tadesse. Grown at his Bona Gute site, this 74158 varietal reflects Tadesse’s dedication to exceptional farming and experimental processing. Cherries are meticulously sorted, then dried on raised beds and turned every few hours until reaching 10–11% moisture.

We’ve been chasing an Alo lot for some time, and this one delivers—an exceptionally clean, sweet cup with lively raspberry notes, opening up to blueberry and agave as it cools.
